Welcome to The Nervous Teacher!!
I’ve had plenty of blogs in the past, but this one i’m going to stick at. I am relatively new to teaching (I only qualified in July 2016 but have only just started my NQT year) but hopefully I have some information and tips to share with you, after all, I made lots of mistakes when I was training so someone else might be able to learn from them.
I will try and upload a post every two weeks but it could also be as and when depending on what has happened at work!
Humanities Teacher (but mainly History) who used to do supply work, and who recently survived the most daunting year of their life – the NQT year!
I started this blog to try and share some of my experience of being a trainee teacher and hopefully pass on some of that knowledge to anyone who is willing to listen to my rants and ramblings!
If you want to know why I called this blog ‘The Nervous Teacher’ click here.
If you have any questions, tips, EBIs (even better ifs) or just general comments, fill out the form below and I will get back to you!
